Booking Terms

• 25% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
• Submission of all relevant s is the sole responsibility of the Passenger & Guest.
• Any Fake s/ Expired s is liability of the passenger.
• Visa issuance is not the responsibility of Company unless specified.
• Air fair is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
• 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 7 days of departure date.
• 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 14 days of departure date.
• In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

We strive to minimize any potential losses that may arise. In the event of cancellation of the proposed tour by the client/partner, the following cancellation charges shall apply, as imposed by our suppliers and service providers:

• More than 45 days before departure: 10% of the booking advance will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 25% of the total package price will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total package price will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 15 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price will be charged as cancellation fees. No refund shall be applicable.
• Written notification of cancellation is mandatory for the above cancellation charges to apply.
• In the event of a medical emergency (supported by valid ation), we will make every effort to assist the guest in accordance with the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and other service providers. Any refund, if applicable, shall be subject to their approval and terms.

Important Notes

• Once the booking is confirmed and any payment (partial or full) has been received, any cancellation, postponement, or withdrawal from the tour will be governed strictly by the above cancellation policy. No refund shall be provided except as per the applicable cancellation terms stated above.
• Flight tickets booked using the advance/booking amount are strictly non-refundable. Once the tickets are issued, the airfare component is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, irrespective of the airline's cancellation or refund policy.
• Visa fees, once processed or submitted, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The Company acts only as a facilitator for visa applications. Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy, Consulate, Immigration Authority, or Government. The Company does not guarantee the approval or issuance of any visa.
• Guests and partners are solely responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, travel s, invitations, and supporting s are valid, accurate, complete, and comply with the requirements of the respective authorities. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or cancellation arising from incorrect, incomplete, expired, or invalid ation.
• The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay, denial of boarding, refusal of entry, deportation, immigration clearance issues, customs clearance issues, baggage detention, confiscation, or any action taken by immigration, customs, airport security, or any government authority in any country.
• Factory visits, supplier meetings, networking sessions, exhibitions, business appointments, and site visits are subject to supplier availability, local regulations, operational feasibility, and unforeseen circumstances. The Company reserves the right to modify, substitute, or reschedule such activities without prior notice while ensuring the overall objective of the tour is maintained.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, including hotel accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing, networking events, factory visits, exhibitions, or any other tour inclusions once the tour has commenced.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the corresponding refunds are received from the respective airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and other service providers, after deducting applicable cancellation charges and administrative expenses.
• Any delay in payment may result in delays or disruptions to the confirmed services. In such cases, services cannot be guaranteed. All payments must be completed at least 7 days prior to departure to ensure smooth execution of the tour.
• The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, or any tour component due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, supplier constraints, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without affecting the overall purpose of the tour.
