East China Fair (ECF) is a major annual international B2B trade exhibition held every March in Shanghai, China. It’s one of the largest regional trade fairs in China, focusing on import and export trade, especially for light industry products and textiles.

Significance
Arrive at Shanghai International Airport, complete immigration formalities and baggage collection, and meet our representative at the arrival hall. Proceed with the group transfer to the hotel by coach/shuttle and complete check-in (standard check-in time around 3:00 PM).
The rest of the day is at leisure to freshen up and relax after the journey. Later, proceed for an orientation tour of Shanghai, followed by an orientation dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the China East Trade Fair (ECF) 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Spend the full day at the exhibition, exploring various halls, meeting suppliers, and attending business interactions. Lunch will be on your own at the venue.
In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed again to the China East Trade Fair (ECF) 2026 at SNIEC, Shanghai. Spend the full day at the exhibition with business meetings and sourcing interactions. Lunch will be on your own.
