Booking Terms
We strive to assist our clients and partners in minimizing any losses that may occur. However, in the event of cancellation of the proposed trip by the client/partner, the following cancellation charges will apply as imposed by our suppliers while organizing the tour.
Cancellation Charges:
&bull More than 45 days before departure: Registration fee / booking amount is non-refundable.
&bull Between 45 and 21 days before departure: 75% of the total package price will be charged.
&bull Between 20 days and the departure date: 100% of the total package price will be charged.
Written notification is required for these charges to apply.
In the event of a medical emergency (valid proof required), we may assist with a refund of up to 50% of the package cost, provided the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to departure, subject to supplier policies.
Any delay in payments may result in delays in the committed services. Services cannot be guaranteed unless all payments are completed at least 7 days prior to departure.
