Upon arrival at Guangzhou Airport, complete immigration formalities and baggage claim. Meet our representative at the Arrival Hall (details will be shared three days prior to arrival) for your transfer to the hotel via AC Coach. Upon reaching the hotel, check in and take some time to freshen up or rest.
In the evening, attend an informative Orientation Session conducted by our local team. This session will provide students with an overview of the Canton Fair, tips for navigating the exhibition, cultural etiquette, and safety guidelines for the stay.
Dinner will be arranged, where our tour guide will accompany the group.
Return to the hotel and settle in for an overnight stay.
Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel and proceed to the Fair Complex via Shuttle Bus service.
Spend the day exploring the 139th Canton Fair, engaging with exhibitors across industries, discovering new innovations, and interacting with global trade professionals.

In the evening, return to the hotel by shuttle. Our Tour Guide will accompany the group to dinner.
Return to the hotel for a restful overnight stay.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed once again to the Fair Complex via the Shuttle Bus.

In the afternoon, proceed for a brief guided visit to Guangzhou's vibrant local markets for shopping and exploring authentic Chinese goods.
Return to the hotel by AC coach in the evening. Dinner will be provided, followed by an overnight stay.
Start your final day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. After packing and check-out, our representative will assist with luggage and arrange smooth transfers to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
Lunch will be provided as packed lunch.
